Coup is an all-natural IFBB Pro Men's Physique competitor from New Jersey. He has competed in several shows including:

• ANBF 2016 USA Championships: 1st place novice, debut, and overall
• NPC 2017 John Kemper Cassic: 1st place novice and 2nd place open
• NPC 2018 Universe Championships: 2nd place open (earned IFBB pro card)

Coup is very passionate about fitness/bodybuilding and nutrition. He created this website to help others looking to make a difference in their lives. He wants to encourage people to not only take their first step in the gym but their first step in committing themselves to this "lifestyle".
